stayed a while in koh lanta but Dreamy Casa made it even better. Fantastic host, clean rooms, comfy beds. Perfect location near the beach, with scooters for rent and helpful tips for exploring. Everything exceeded expectations, highly recommended!

The room was nice and cosy, had a balcony and was quite close to the beach (500 meters). Beach was nice with cheap massage and a lovely place to have lunch: Sea Sabai Café - try it!
No breakfast opportunites in the hotel or in the area. WiFi was really slow. No hot water as they promised. The owner was out in the 4 days we were there so we had no service from the hotel staff what so ever. The area is a bit uncharming and there is only one nice beach café to have lunch. We had to go by taxi to other places to have dinner.

The room was cosy and quite big with a lovely balcony. 5 Minutes walk to the beach. Wifi worked ok.
The owner was out of town in the four days that we were there so we had no service from staff what so ever. Nobody in the reception, and only a girl who spoke very poor English. The location is bad if you prefer to be close to restaurants and a "city-life" - is was nice though that it was close to the beach but we had to take a taxi to get to restaurants.

It was relatively cheap but still not worth the money.
It's a budget choice, I get it, but it's not cheap by Thai standards. You pretty much get a room (and safe/hot water etc) but nothing else. The staff is literally not there after 6-7 pm and when they are there they are unwilling to do anything, including fetching a "taxi". And you have to pay cash even though they take your credit card info and Booked.net lists them as accepting credit cards. "We will accept next year" is the explanation. And you have to pay in bahts because "it costs money to go to the bank". You have to take off your shoes to enter the building but the cleanliness is suspect for people coming from a western country. And those towels? Burgundy and faded. Really? The only redeeming quality of this hotel is.. well I can't think of one.

The balcony is very delicate with very lovely green chair. The room is clean, comfortable. The boss was very friendly to help us moving the heavy luggage upstairs.

Its was clean and everything worked well. Far better than most places I stayed and I would love to go back. Its only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the owners were great !!!!
In a perfect world it would have a private pool and maybe a little more sound proof rooms but for the price it was a 10 !!!

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel in Koh Lanta and I must say, it was worth every penny! The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Thanks to their recommendations, I had an amazing time exploring the area.
The only thing that could have made my stay even better would have been to have more breakfast options.

Everything !!! The owners are so nice, everything is so clean and you really feal like home! It takes 5 minutes of nice walk to the beach and the beach is beautiful.
The only thing is that it is on the main road, So if you sit on the balcony you sit on the street. If you close the door you hear nothing. So it really does not matter.

The Dreamy Casa is a great "bang for your buck". At only around 1000 Baht or 1500 for a family accommodation, this hotel which was more like a guest house made us very happy. The owners are an Italian/Thai couple who are very polite, accommodating and overall enjoyable to be around. They took extra time to explain maps, tell us where to rent the best motorbikes and chit chat with us about the going-on's on the island. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable enough for the price and we had a balcony which overlooked the main road outside with cute shacks selling food and fruit. Although there is no elevator, the owner himself gladly helped us upstairs with our bags and explained how to use the safe. Also, this place is just like the name describes and was very quiet, especially at night. No shoes allowed inside. So if you are looking for a rowdy party hotel, this is not the place for you. It is meant for a relaxing night sleep. One of the best things about the Dreamy Casa is its location. We were literally situated just outside of the busy town next door and only a 15 minute motorbike drive to interesting sights. This way we had quiet when we wanted it and shopping, bars and messages just a fun and scenic tour down the road. Lastly, I would like to say that this hotel is well secured. At night there is a gate that locks you in with a security code and it made us feel very comfortable while sleeping at night. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to any travelers who are looking for a budget accommodation that is clean, comfy and friendly! -young couple, U.S.A.
This hotel does not offer breakfast in the morning but there are two great small restaurants right across the street which cook up incredibly flavorful and really cheap authentic eats. Try the chicken pancakes served with a sweet and sour cucumber sauce or yellow curry. Yum!

We had an incredible stay at Dreamy Casa in Koh Lanta. the host, Fabio, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He was always available to answer any questions and provided us with valuable information about the area. the hotel itself was lovely and well-maintained, with daily room cleaning and comfortable beds. the location was perfect, close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. We were also able to rent scooters directly from the property, which made exploring the island so much easier. Cons: Nothing, our stay was perfect! 😊.

Great location and price for what you got in comparrison to the cost of other accomodation in the area.
The only thing that would have made it perfect for my personal preferences would have been tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The owner need to remove the curtain at the top of the bed. Look dirty and bad taste for decoration.
